Bobby Petrino Is A Jackass

It was a difficult week to choose, but this guy stood
out the most. I considered the guys listed in the
Mitchell Report who try to deny they ever took
anything, and also thought about former WVU, now
Michigan head coach Rich Rodriguez, but this guy
out jackassed them all. The winner is former
Atlanta Falcons, now Arkansas Razorback head
coach Bobby Petrino.
You're all familiar with the story at this point, but
let me explain it for those of you who may not be
privy to all the details. With the NFL Atlanta Falcons
struggling to only 3 wins so far this season, there
had been rumors that first year head coach, and
former college head coach Bobby Petrino was
being courted by the Arkansas Razorbacks to come
back to the amateur ranks. When his owner, Arthur
Blank asked him if there was any truth to the rumor
last Monday, Petrino adamantly denied it and told
Blank to tell the press that he was the coach of the
Falcons. The VERY NEXT DAY, Petrino accepted a
five year deal to coach the Razorbacks! He then
said he had not been talking to the folks at
Arkansas at all and that it just "came up" that day!
Please, what a bold faced lie. Petrino flat out quit
on his team in the middle of the season. That's
pathetic. This man, this leader, the guy who is
supposed to teach and help these players learn
about trust and loyalty just bolted on them with
three games left to go! Hey Petrino, if you had only
3 losses as opposed to 3 wins, would you have
gone? Doubtful. You're a coward and you're
running away from your problems. By the way, this
guy can't be trusted. Last year, he signed a 10 year
contract at Louisville, he broke that and signed a 5
year contract with Atlanta this past January and
then broke that this past week and signed for five
years at Arkansas. If you're counting, that's 20
years worth of contracts in the past 18 months. I
don't know if this is the kind of guy you want
coaching 18 year olds and trying to turn them into
men. This guy certainly isn't a man, he is however,
the BSN JACKASS OF THE WEEK!
