BSN'S JACKASS OF THE WEEK!

Hmm, who could this weeks' winner be? I'm sure you're
all wondering right? Yeah right, we all know it's Michael
Vick! I've been holding out on writing this about him until
he was officially indicted, well, it happened last week.
Vick was finally officially indicted on all the charges
stemming from dogfighting held at the property he owns
in Smithfield, VA. These charges are a felony and are
punishable by up to 6 years in prison and $350,000 in
fines. Sure, the $350,000 in fines isn't much to a $130
million dollar quarterback, but 6 years in prison is a BIG
problem! Vick may have ruined his entire career for dog
fighting. Witnesses say Vick had several dogs who were
"under performing" killed via "hanging, electrocution,
drowning or in one case slamming the dog to the ground
until it died". You're a piece of trash Vick, if that's all true.
The evidence is all piled up against you, you had over 60
carcases on the property, you had blood stained fighting
pits, a fence and a house built just to stage the fights, you
have neighbors placing you at the house and fellow dog
fighters saying you paid them after you lost. You're
screwed. You took a brilliant career and possibly threw it
all away for blood lust. If you ask me, you should be
locked up another 6 years for stupidity. I don't think I
need to write too much more on this case as there is no
explanation necessary. Sure, in the court of law you're
innocent until proven guilty, but let's face it, Vick is in this
mix deep and he's going to need one hell of a law team to
get him out. For his completely despicable treatment of
dogs, his reckless behavior towards his career and his
utter stupidity Mike Vick earned the BSN JACKASS OF THE
WEEK and he's well on his way to earning Jackass of the
Year!
